J'anita’s is now cooking at the Avenue 7 days a week!

In April we welcomed Craig and Kimmie of J'anita's (formerly  on Magazine Street) to our kitchen. They are amazing cooks and serve up some incredible food from that tiny little kitchen!

• BBQ (Brisket and pork) + potato salad and Coleslaw + all the fixins $11.00 per head

• Buddha’s temptation $4.00 per head (plattered not skewered)

• Salsa’s (red and black bean corn mango and chips) $2.00 per head

• Guacamole (if available) $3.00 per head

• Hummus (and pita) $2.00 per head

• Gumbo (Andouille and duck) $3.50 per head

• Chilled cucumber soup $3.00 per head

• Tomato/basil soup $3.00 per head

• Potato/leek soup or vichyssoise $3.00 per head

• Smoked cheese platters $20.00 ea.

• Sweet Spot Burger - Burger marinated in Cabernet, Caramelized Onions, Caramelized Pears, Blue Cheese and a Balsamic reduction glaze.

• Best Ever Fish Sammich - Grilled Redfish, Feta Cheese, Bacon, Grilled Onions, Caesar Dressing on Ciabatta bread

• Swamp Reuben: Pulled Pork and Brisket, with house BBQ sauce and house Coleslaw on grilled Sourdough Bread (*Pyrate Approved!)

• BBB - Burger doused in Lea & Perrins (Worcestershire Sauce), Pepper Jack Cheese, Bacon and house made BBQ sauce

• Duck and Anduoille Gumbo

• Tomato Basil Soup

• Chilled Cucumber Soup

• Homemade Guacamole
